ClickUp charges per user per month on three paid plans, Unlimited, Business and Enterprise, and the yearly price sits well below the monthly one. Free Forever keeps unlimited tasks but caps you at 60MB of storage and five spaces. AI is a separate add-on per user, either Brain AI or the larger Everything AI bundle. When you upgrade, the whole workspace moves to the new plan together, so every member counts as a paid seat.
