Apollo sells four tiers, Free, Basic, Professional and Custom, and every paid seat on an account sits on the same plan. Credits pay for lookups and exports inside the platform: Apollo grants the full month's allotment on day one, and anything unused expires when the cycle closes. The Free plan keeps sequences and pipeline tools but connects only a Gmail inbox. Startups under 20 people that have never paid for Apollo can apply for a year at half price on Basic or Professional, covering up to five seats.

Do unused Apollo credits carry over to next month?
No. Apollo hands you the full credit allotment at the start of each billing cycle and it expires when that cycle ends. If you run out early, you can buy add-on credits mid-cycle. Apollo charges those straight away and repeats them each cycle unless you switch that off.
Can two people on my team use different Apollo plans?
No. Apollo puts every member of an account on the same plan level. If one person needs Professional features, the whole team moves up. Budget for the plan your heaviest user needs, multiplied by your seat count.
What happens after the Apollo trial?
The trial gives you credits and most features of the plan you chose, with some trial limits. When it ends, the account turns into the Free plan unless you pick a paid one. Your contacts stay, and you keep sequencing with a Gmail inbox.
Do I get money back if I downgrade or cancel?
Apollo applies a downgrade straight away and does not refund the unused part of the current cycle. A cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing cycle, so you keep paid features until then. Upgrades also apply at once.
How does my startup get into Apollo for Startups?
You need fewer than 20 employees, a company domain and no current Apollo subscription. Apply on the Apollo for Startups page; partner VCs, accelerators and communities can put you forward, and Apollo also reviews direct applications.
