Make charges for credits: each module that runs in a scenario uses them, and every plan gives a monthly allowance. Free has 1,000 credits, two active scenarios and a 15-minute gap between runs; Core, Pro and Teams start at 10,000 credits and can run every minute. Unused credits expire at the end of each billing cycle, and yearly billing saves 15% or more. Funded startups can apply to the startup programme for a period on Teams before regular pricing.

What happens when my Make credits run out mid-month?
Your scenarios stop running until credits are added again. Make warns you at 75% and 90% of your allowance. You can upgrade, buy extra packs of 1,000 or 10,000 credits, or turn on auto-purchase on Core, Pro and Teams.
Do unused Make credits carry over to next month?
No, credits expire at the end of the billing cycle. If you regularly finish with a large balance, a smaller credit tier on the same plan costs less. If you run short now and then, an extra pack is cheaper than moving the whole subscription up.
Core, Pro or Teams: which Make plan does a solo freelancer need?
Core covers unlimited active scenarios, minute-level scheduling and API access, which is what most solo automations need. Pro adds priority execution, custom variables and full-text search of execution logs. Teams adds roles and shared scenario templates for several people.
Who qualifies for Make's startup programme?
Make's startup programme is for new customers with up to $5M in funding. Accepted startups get the Teams plan free for six months, then half price for three months. You apply on the programme page on make.com.
How limiting is Make's Free plan for a real workflow?
Free allows two active scenarios that run at most every 15 minutes, with a five-minute execution limit and 5 MB files. That is enough to test a form-to-spreadsheet flow, but slow for anything time-sensitive. Moving to Core removes the scenario cap and allows runs every minute.
