How does ActiveCampaign count contacts for my price?
You pick a contact band on the pricing page, from under 500 up to more than 250,000, and the price follows that band. Your monthly email allowance is a multiple of it: ten times your contact limit on Starter and Plus, twelve on Pro and fifteen on Enterprise. If your list grows past the band, you move up to the next one.
What will I miss on the Starter plan?
Starter limits each automation to five actions and gives you only basic segmentation. It also includes a single user seat, the same as Plus. If you plan longer automated sequences or need teammates in the account, Pro is the first plan with three seats.
How do I get the nonprofit discount?
ActiveCampaign gives registered nonprofits 20% off. For a new account, email [email protected] with your organisation's details and proof of nonprofit status. If you already pay, send the same proof to [email protected] and the discount applies to future payments.
