Website builder for designers and startups.
Up to 28% off annual: the Bolt offer live for the UK, checked on bolt.new on 6 Oct 2026. Without it, you can stay on the free Bolt plan listed on bolt.new.

Bolt builds web apps from a written prompt, and every plan is measured in tokens. The free plan allows 300K tokens a day and 1M a month, which is enough to try an idea before paying. Paid plans raise those limits, and the pricing page says yearly billing saves up to 28% against paying monthly. The saving is the only standing offer on the page: no student, nonprofit or startup discount is listed.
The free plan gives you 300K tokens a day and 1M tokens a month. A small landing page or a simple internal tool fits inside that. Larger apps with many revisions use tokens quickly, so the daily cap is the limit you will notice first. Treat it as a way to test whether Bolt suits you.
Bolt's pricing page states a saving of up to 28% when you choose yearly billing instead of monthly. The exact figure depends on the plan you pick. You pay for the full year at once, so it suits a project you already know you will keep building. Check the toggle on the pricing page for your plan's price.
Not on the pricing page. We checked it and found no student, nonprofit or startup offer. If one is added, it will appear here once the provider's own page states it. For now the yearly saving and the free plan are the two ways to pay less.
Start on the free plan or a month of a paid plan first. Tokens are used up by how much you change an app, so your own usage is the best guide. If you reach the limits every month, yearly billing then makes sense. Paying a year up front before you know that costs more than it saves.
On paid plans, yes: unused tokens roll over for one more month, so each month's tokens stay valid for up to two months. You need an active paid subscription to use them. The free plan has a daily and a monthly cap instead, and those reset. If you cancel, the rolled-over tokens can no longer be used.
