Price today
Softr has a free plan with no time limit, then Basic, Pro and Business priced per workspace, with Enterprise on request. Each tier caps builders, app users, database records and monthly workflow actions, and it counts your logged-in users in two groups: team users who share a builder's business email domain, and client users. Paying yearly gives you two months free. Nonprofits and education institutions get half off the self-serve plans after applying through Softr's form.

Questions
Who counts as an app user on my Softr bill?
Softr counts unique emails that log in across all your published apps, so one person in three apps counts once. Users on the same business email domain as a builder are team users; everyone else, including Gmail addresses, is a client user. On Pro and above you can buy extra app users, which Softr's pricing page lists from $1 a month (USD).
What does the free plan leave out?
The free plan has no time limit and includes unlimited apps, databases and forms with 5 AI credits a month. A custom domain starts on Basic, listed at $19 a month in USD. Removing the Softr branding and Google sign-in for your users need Pro.
Which plan removes the Softr badge?
Pro, listed at $99 a month in USD on Softr's site. Pro also adds granular permissions, comments and custom code with API connectors. If you build a client portal under your own brand, Basic will feel short.
How do I get the nonprofit or education discount?
Softr gives 50% off its self-serve plans to nonprofits and education institutions. You apply through the form on Softr's site rather than at checkout. Enterprise is a separate contract and sits outside this discount.
What happens if I hit the workflow limit mid-month?
Softr pauses your workflows until the monthly allowance renews or you upgrade the workspace. Apps keep working, but automations stop running. Check the workflow action count on your plan before you move a busy process onto Softr.
