Teams costs USD 12 per user a month and Organizations USD 28 when billed yearly, and the pricing page says yearly billing saves 25% on both. Teams and Organizations come with a 14-day free trial.

Questions

What people ask about Cal.com.

Is the free Individual plan limited?

The pricing page calls Individual free forever and says it has no usage limits. A freelancer can take as many bookings as clients want without paying. What you give up are the team features, such as sharing one booking page across colleagues. Stay on it until you add a second person.

How much do Teams and Organizations cost?

On yearly billing, Teams is USD 12 per user a month and Organizations is USD 28 per user a month. Both prices include the 25% yearly saving shown on the page. Paying monthly costs more per seat. Count only the people who take bookings, since the price is per user.

Does Cal.com offer a trial for teams?

Yes, Teams and Organizations each have a 14-day free trial. Use it with your real colleagues and calendars, not a test account alone. The first week shows whether round-robin and shared pages work the way your clients book. Cancel before it ends if they do not.

Is there a student or nonprofit discount?

The pricing page lists none. We found no student, nonprofit or startup offer when we read it. The yearly saving and the free Individual plan are the stated ways to pay less. If Cal.com adds a programme, it will show up here after we see it on their page.

Should a small team pay yearly?

A 25% saving is large, and it is the whole offer here. The catch is paying twelve months up front for every seat. If you have finished the trial and your headcount is stable, yearly billing is the cheaper choice. If you are still hiring, monthly leaves room to change the seat count.
