ClickUp charges per user per month on three paid plans, Unlimited, Business and Enterprise, and the yearly price sits well below the monthly one. Free Forever keeps unlimited tasks but caps you at 60MB of storage and five spaces. AI is a separate add-on per user, either Brain AI or the larger Everything AI bundle. No, AI is billed per user on top of any plan. Brain AI costs $9 per user a month for the assistant, agents and chatbot. Everything AI, at $28 per user a month, adds the AI notetaker, image generation and 5,000 AI Super Credits a month.
