How much do you save on Zoho Books by paying yearly?
The saving depends on the plan. Standard goes from $20 to $15 a month, Professional from $50 to $40, Premium from $70 to $60, Elite from $150 to $120 and Ultimate from $275 to $240. The biggest percentage cut is on Standard, at 25%.
Is there a free trial of Zoho Books?
Yes, the pricing page lets you try the product free for 14 days before you subscribe. That is the usual length, so use it on real invoices rather than test data. Pick the plan you expect to need.
Can a small business use Zoho Books for free?
The pricing page says the Free Plan stays available as long as your revenue for the financial year is under $50K. Above that threshold you move to a paid plan. Check the limits on the page against your own turnover.
Do add-ons also get an annual price?
Yes, add-ons follow the same rule. An extra user costs $3 a month, or $2.50 a month when billed annually. Count the seats you need before you pick monthly or yearly.
